Shipping

We process orders 5 days a week so if your order is completely in stock and placed before 1pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, excluding national Bank Holidays.

If an in stock order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day Monday to Friday.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping times are not guaranteed. From time to time unforeseen problems that are outside of our control can lead to postal delays. We do not accept responsibility for this these and will not refund shipping fees in these circumstance. If it is imperative that your order must reach reach you the next working day please contact us so that we can quote for a guaranteed next day postal service.

Delivery is free on all orders of £60 or more.

FREE COLLECTION

We offer free collection at our premises. Please wait for notification before arranging to collect your order.

We are generally open 9am to 10pm daily (8pm Sundays), but please contact in advance to arrange a collection date/time.
